The contactfestival freiburg is dedicated to the dance form Contact Improvisation and supports an international exchange in this form.

Benno Enderlein, Eckhard Müller and Barbara Stahlberger are the founder of the Festival and the association committee. The Association for the Advancement of Contact Improvisation, Freiburg e. V. has been the organiser of the internationalen contactfestival freiburg since 2002.
